I hereby reverse my previous opinion - winged mounts _should_ be able
to fly in wildspace - they just push against their own envelope,
which still gets pulled along by their gravity.  Before, when my
opinion was "no," I was considering that they wouldn't have their
own air.  Duh.

Anyway, I think that giving a flying mount a SR of 1/2 or 1 is fair
and reasonable.

Now that I have babbled on enough....
