GURPS Skyships

Hi folks.

I know this was mentioned before, because I have some of the notes.  Would
anyone care to set up a "committee" to design a set of freeware GURPS (or
GURPS compatible) guidelines for using Skyships in fantasy games?

When I'm not writing resumes (grumble grumble) I'm working on game stuff.
 Now that my grant has expired, I have more time for both.
