 *grin*

Hmm... I dunno, maybe 6th level would be more like it, after all one must
think of the actual significance that the phlogiston has to the gods. I
don't mean the sphere-only gods...

> Sphere: Weather
Well its supposed to be some kind of gaseous matter, so weather sounds ok,
but maybe adding travel would be ok. Someone mentioned astral, I don't
think so we must really differenciate between astral stuff and the sj space.

> Components: V, S
Being a spell of so grand effect (altering the way of the flow), it should
require some kind of Material component apart from the holy symbol.

> Duration: 1 day/level
Sounds ok at first sight, but you don't go very far say in two weeks. But
then you could recast the spell... oh well.

> Casting Time: 8
 Nah, make it a turn.

> Saving Throw: Special
ST? Why would one want a saving throw vs moving faster in the flow?

 Sounds ok.

Not that they can do much unless they are radiant dragons or something. Or
a fleet of the elven empire, or a dwarven citadel, or a fleet of nautloids,
ok, that sounds ok too.

Good choice, there is no way that this spell would fit better as a wizard
spell, and one must analyse what changing the flow does _really_, so a
priest is just the right choice.
