Nilespace + Phlogiston Rivers

Good day Jammers!
   Let me start this by saying what Sean beat me to... that Nilespace sphere
is really cool, I am _really_ looking forward to see the entire set of notes
on it.
   When I was reading the post I saw something about making a trade route,
so I remembered the Phlogiston and the rivers which carry the spelljamming
ships, uhm, maybe we should call them currents, whatever.  The thing is that
I came up with this really crazy idea... The rivers/currents are the
best/only manner for a ship to travel in the flow, now, I thought to myself,
and what if a sphere had no rivers/currents to it? It would be a
discomunicated sphere completely right? (Hmmm... I think that travel out of
the rivers/currents _is_ possible but at a very slow pace, not sure though,
something about the thickness of the flow, its density, ships move faster
where it is denser I think).
   There are many spells which do many nice things like opening portals in
the crystal shells, and create helms, air, etc.  But there ain't a spell
that can make the flow condense in an area, maybe condense is not the right
word, uhm, concentrate!  Yes a spell to make the flow concentrate so as to
make it denser and hence simulate a flow river/current.  Now is there such a
spell?  I don't think so.  Anyone made one yet?  Is it too much for a spell?
Is it like asking for a spell to create spheres? I don't think so.
