Sounds good ... but how long does the speed increase last?  Until
you change direction?

My point exactly.  In my universe I'll keep wildspace speed at
100M mpd, regardless of SR.  Making the trips longer would be
cruel and unusual punishment in many cases (sometimes I think
that the only reason they built bigger ships was to be able to
carry enough food to get to other spheres....
