Should we just make the jump to 3D maps, and give coordinates in terms
of x/y/z? I'm used to that from Gurps Space, and it makes sense to me.
Color coordinating the z-axis isn't necessary. Even better would be a
distance chart like they have in the beginning of each Gurps Space Atlas
book.

World Name x/y/z Distances to Numbered Worlds
                           1 2 3 4 5
-------------------------------------------------------
1. Oerth 1/-4/7 0.0 9.4 6.0 18.8 18.3
2. Greyhawk -7/-2/0 9.4 0.0 8.1 13.2 15.4
3. Toril -5/-8/5 6.0 8.1 0.0 20.5 21.6
4. Terra -8/11/-2 18.8 13.2 20.5 0.0 7.1
5. Flare -1/12/-2 18.3 15.4 21.6 7.1 0.0
