Subject: Re: Ship's Rating
Greetings. NetJammers!

I'm not very happy with the idea of interplanetary travel speeds all
being 100 million miles per day. I find it strange that if you hav two
ships, one with an SR of 2, and one with an SR of 6, that the SR 6 ship
is three times faster than the other at tactical speeds, but they both
go at the same speed between planets. The original idea that I came up
with was to give ships an interplanetary speed of around 25 million
miles a day per point of Ship's Rating. What do people think of this
idea? Is it workable? Does anyone have any better ideas?
