Did my PC's do something unexpected?  Not exactly, but the opportunity will
present itself, so perhaps I should say "not yet."

You know how PC can be.  If the rule books says "don't let your players do
this," they will try that very thing at the *first possible opportunity!"

Also, considering the size of the SJ universe, it's entirely possible that
there is an occasional renegade armada out there, so I think that the
characteristics of those ships should be explored.

Starting with this hull/citadel thing.  100 tons?  I don't buy that.  150 to
200?  That makes a little more sence.
