I believe the term "Spelljammer" was derived from the nautical term "windjammer." I am unsure what exactly this term defines -- whether it is a type of ship or part of a ship. I was unable to locate its definition in my limited encyclopedia -- that's what you get when you buy such things in the supermarket. Perhaps someone else out there has the actuall definition, but I'm sure I've heard the word somewhere outside of spelljammer. -- _______________________________________________________________________________ Rebecca Glenn iridian@??????.com NETCOM, the West Coast's Leading Internet Service Provider.
