I like the Nebulae on the creation of new Spheres. I think that it would
be better if it was not limited to the edge of the phlogiston, but
rather could be any where in the pholgiston. Thus new spheres could
popup from time to time.

Nebulae (Nebulas?)
Due to some bizarre quirk of space (or perhaps some natural process that
is not yet understood), the substance of the phlogiston sometimes turns
in upon itself. Whether this is an effect of the divine nature or a
collection of magics is unknown.
